Modern Condo Features at 460NYA
The 460NYA project began with a historic three-story brick warehouse. A new modern glass and steel tower was then planted on top of the original structure. The end result was a fascinating juxtaposition of two distinctly different eras, with the blocky old warehouse suddenly transitioning to a modernist façade with lots of angles including jutting front bays.
