There is a wonderful selection of residences in this grand old five-story landmark. Floorplans are unusually varied for a smaller to mid-sized building, with an almost equal divide of one, two, and three-bedroom configurations. The living spaces are generous, ranging from around 600 to 1,600 square feet, with numerous original architectural details lovingly preserved as well as the introduction of newer renovations. The building is well positioned on P Street between 17th and 18th Streets, and about a block and a half from the eponymously named traffic circle with an inner park and a famous fountain in the middle.
