Location plays a key role at VIO. The giant windows offer pointblank views of The Wharf and the waterfront area, and virtually all of the units have private outdoor spaces of some sort. Founded in 1805, the business has been in continuous operation since that time. VIO is next to the Capital Yacht Club. Other attractions include both indoor and outdoor music venues, shops, boat rentals, water taxis and tours, and plenty of bars, restaurants, and coffeeshops.
