Modern Condo and Townhome Features at Venue
Venue is in the Old Town North section of Alexandria, between Montgomery Park to the west, and a sprawling greenbelt along the river to the east. The greenbelt is home to Tide Lock Park, Rivergate City Park, and Oronoco Bay Park. This is a highly desirable part of the city, with the condos just one block from the water and also quite close to numerous shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions. Although celebrated for its historic status, quaint sidewalks and landmark buildings, Old Town planners have judiciously allowed for some noteworthy new condominiums in recent years, including Aiden, Muse, The Oronoco, and Robinson Landing.
