Step inside and you’ll discover a surprising variety of one and two-bedroom floorplans ranging from approximately 500 to 1,300 square feet in size. The units range from open and sunny single-level apartments all the way up to three levels including a loft. Virtually all models have some sort of outdoor space, and a number of them have multiple private terraces. There are several penthouses in the building in varying sizes and shapes. The diversity of layouts is surprising for a small building with only 16 residences inside.
