Completed in 2017, the 11Park condominium gets its name from its location, on 11th Street and across from the Cardoza Park and Playground. Floorplans are quite varied, from one-bedroom flats that start around 610 square feet, progressing all the way up to the duplex residences with two or three bedrooms and 2.5 baths, topping out at around 1,750 square feet.
