Modern Coop Features at The Watergate
The infamous element of the Watergate’s backstory is so well known that it barely warrants repeating: one of the office buildings was the site of the 1972 break-in by political operatives that would lead to seismic upheaval and a very famous book and movie. But for residents at one of the three residential buildings, a more true and lasting impact is the luxurious lifestyle, with spacious floorplans, exquisite views, and timeless modernity. Yet for all that surrounds the Watergate, its very own campus can be hard to leave, whether it’s lounging by the pool, enjoying evening cocktails at the hotel’s remodeled and very glamourous Next Whiskey Bar, or simply enjoying the airy, modern living experience of the sought-after apartment coops.
